When should I expect to receive my custom mailers?   

Standard custom mailer production lead time is 2 weeks. However, orders of 1000 or more mailers may take slightly longer. An email with a tracking number would be sent once your order is shipped.

Do you offer samples?

No, we do not offer samples. However, if you are interested in custom mailers, you can view some of our past orders under the custom mailers section.

Do you offer any other sizes/colors other than what's listed on your website?

We currently offer four colors and sizes.

Do you ship internationally?

Are your mailers recyclable?

Yes, our mailers are fully recyclable at your local grocery store's plastic bag recycling bin. Click here to find the nearest drop off bin near you.

What are your mailers made of?

Our signature SMART Mailers™ are made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials. The materials comply with the Global Recycling Standard 4.0 specifications and are certified by Intertek, an industry leader to test, inspect, and certify products.

Fast Shipping Policy

At Smart Shipping Supply, we understand the importance of FREE and FAST shipping. That's why we offer free shipping for all domestic orders and ship within 24 hours after an order is received Mondays through Fridays. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information within 24 hours. If you do not receive one within this time frame, please contact us here or at orders@smartshippingsupply.com for immediate assistance! 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Please provide us with a physical mailing address as we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO Destinations 

Smart Shipping Supply is proud to offer shipping at no additional cost to all U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii, all U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO destinations.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders are shipped via 2-3 day Priority Mail, although heavier orders may be shipped via UPS.

Damages

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us here or at orders@smartshippingsupply for immediate assistance! All damaged orders will be replaced at no additional cost.

Return Policy

Smart Shipping Supply makes every effort to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return new or unused products to get a full 100% refund for non-customized products within 30 days of the delivery date at no shipping cost to you. The refund will be made back to the original form of payment. However, no refund will be issued for customized products.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be initiated if orders have not been shipped out. Please contact us here or at orders@smartshippingsupply to cancel your order.
