Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders ship from our California warehouse, and once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that pallet orders require extended preparation time and typically ship within 2-4 business days.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods may impact transit times.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Please provide us with a physical mailing address as we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are happy to offer free shipping on most orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO destinations. In rare cases, exceptionally large or heavy orders may incur unusually high shipping costs. If this occurs, we will contact you prior to shipment to discuss available options, which may include a shipping cost adjustment or order cancellation at no charge.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Order Not Delivered
If your tracking information shows a delivery confirmation but you have not received your order, claims must be submitted within 48 hours following the delivery notification. Please contact us within this timeframe so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Damages
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@smartshippingsupply.com for immediate assistance. All damaged orders will be replaced at no additional cost.
Returns Policy
Smart Shipping Supply strives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Orders totaling fewer than 1,000 mailers may be returned free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. Orders totaling 1,000 mailers or more may still be returned within 30 days of delivery; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom mailers, wholesale orders, and pallet orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be initiated only if the order has not been shipped out. Please contact us at orders@smartshippingsupply.com to cancel your order.
Exchanges
Orders totaling fewer than 1,000 mailers are eligible for a free exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible exchanges, and the original purchase price will be applied as credit toward the correct size. Exchanges are not offered for orders totaling 1,000 mailers or more, or for custom mailers, wholesale orders, or pallet orders. Such orders are subject to our returns policy instead. No exchange requests will be granted after 30 days from the delivery date.
