Shipping Policy

At Smart Shipping Supply, we understand the importance of FREE and FAST shipping. That's why we offer free shipping for all domestic orders and ship within 24 hours after an order is received.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are 1-3 business days. Our partner shipping carriers deliver 7 days a week, including Sunday to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Please provide us with a physical mailing address as we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are happy to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Please note that these orders may take 1-2 weeks to receive.
International Shipping
Please note that we do not currently ship outside the United States.
Order Not Delivered
Claims may only be filed 48 hours following a delivery notification as per the request of our shipping carriers, so please notify us if you have not received your order after this period. We will make sure a replacement is delivered as soon as possible.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us at for immediate assistance. All damaged orders will be replaced at no additional cost.

Returns Policy

Smart Shipping Supply makes every effort to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return non customized and non wholesale products within 30 days of the delivery date to get a full refund. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of initial receipt to qualify for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized or wholesale purchases.
Cancellations can be initiated only if the order has not been shipped out. Please contact us at to cancel your order.
Realized you ordered the wrong size after receiving your mailers? Request an exchange and receive a prepaid return label for the incorrect size. The original purchase price will be used as credit towards the correct size. No exchange requests will be granted after 30 days from the delivery date.
